Stainless Steel Fabricator (Yate) | Posted: | 2010-09-01 | Job No: | ESS1661 | Description: | We are curently looking for an experienced Fabricator to work in Yate.
Suitable applicants will be experienced in stainless steel fabrication working to tight tolerances, producing high quality fabrication within a strict quality assurance regime.
Key skills
Interpretation of fabrication drawings and planning of work process / assembly methods
Marking and setting out
Accurate construction to achieve tolerances
Planning for and control of distortion from weld shrinkage and heat effect
Checking and inspection of fabricated assemblies to verify dimensional accuracy
Material records and document control
Use of preparation equipment to include Brake Presses, rolls and edge preparation would also be of advantage.
