You must be PC literate as you will follow and record testing procedures of components and tools and report defects
Accesses Engineering database and navigates to find latest releases of drawings, specifications and assembly documentation as needed. Actively monitors the entire work environment for out-of-revision documentation.
Helps to develop test and build documentation, procedures, equipment and/or programs as instructed.
Owns the responsibility for quality of work, actively pursues improvements to tooling / product.
Understands and supports tool mechanical dynamics during the Manufacturing Process.
Takes ownership of, and supports Lean and 5S improvements. Independently performs self-assessments. Understands metrics.
