The office administrator/Sales Assistant will be responsible for regular administrative and sales duties to help run the business as smoothly as possible. They will be a valuable member of the team and play an important role in delivering a high standard of customer service as well as improving our brand as Europe’s market leader. Success in this role will be visible in a good understanding of all business activities and a positive working attitude.

Administrative Duties:


Scan, Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed

Reception duties (i.e. visitors) (if required) 

Outgoing post 

Restocking Office supplies

Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary

Assists with correspondence by answering emails

Manage courier requirements

Interact with directors and carries out relevant tasks.

Assist in planning and arranging events if requested, such as Christmas works event

Draft, format, and print relevant documents

Attend training, workshops, and meetings when requested.

Assists with Stocktake

Credits and purchase orders if required

Sales Duties

Customer liaising.


Customer Orders

Product research and identification

Sales analysis if required

Customer queries and problem solving

  • Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Friday: 09:00 - 16:00
