1. Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.Â
2. Researching the market for new clients using Google/LinkedIn and making introductory calls
3. Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
4. Establish the decision maker in the business and getting through to discuss their requirements initially before passing them to a Business Development Manager
5. Initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
6. Initiate and participate in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
7. Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications via Pipedrive software
8. Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
9. Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
10. Developing and maintaining strong relationships
11. Attend team and company meetings as published schedule and directed
12. Utilise company systems in the fulfilment of duties
13. Achieve personal KPI targets if set
14. Maintain an orderly, organised area - leaving area tidy at end of day
15. Comply with company Health & Safety Policies at all times
