This role will support the delivery and Service Plans by working in partnership with Service Centre Management, Engineers, Drivers and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and tracked availability of stock within their Region.

LOCATION: Nailsworth

HOURS: 08.00 – 17.00 OR 07.00 – 16.00 (40 hours per week)

START DATE:   Immediate

PAY:  £20,500pa

Job Summery - 

This role will support the delivery and Service Plans by working in partnership with Service Centre Management, Engineers, Drivers and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and tracked availability of stock within their Region. 

Responsible for resolving and case managing Engineer and Driver stock requests and queries to their conclusion.

1. Responsible for securing, receiving, storing, allocating, picking, dispatch and managing of stock, inventory, consumables within their Service Centre 

2. Responsible for ensuring Engineers and Drivers have all the inventory required to successfully conclude the activities they have been allocated 

3. Responsible for undertaking necessary loading and unloading activities with engineers and drivers 

4. Requirement to support deliveries as and when required 

5. Responsible for supporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectives 

6. Responsible for maintaining strong communications with all departments and personnel 

7. Responsible for working closely with the necessary operational and support teams and to ensure effective and efficient resolution of inventory SLAs 

8. Responsible for accurate updating of relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of inventory requests or queries and tracking of all mandatory KPIs 

9. Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice including, but not limited to, the Highway Code, Working Time Directive, Drivers Hours, Health and Safety near miss and incident reporting, uniform, Vehicle Checks and driving style 

10. Responsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end to end joining process, policies and procedures 

1. Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 3 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving) 

2. Valid license to drive a Fork Lift Truck and a 7.5T vehicle 

3. Minimum of 3 years driving experience 

4. Full Driver Certificate of Professional Competence qualification and digital tachograph card 

5. Demonstrated experience of managing stock and inventory 

6. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills 

7. Ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities 

8. Demonstrated strong ability to build rapport with stakeholders 

9. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service 

10. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve targets 

11. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
